And probably with pets.

Living in New York City...although that may take longer than ten years...but hopefully not.

Preferably in Greenwich Village.

Or anywhere in Manhattan.

Same difference.

On at least the twentieth floor of an office building...

...Writing scripts for new television shows, and pitching ideas for such.

Being subsequently rejected numerous times, and using it as inspiration.

Then I'll just keep going.

And in my spare time...

I'll go to free concerts by struggling artists at Manhattan coffee houses.

Enjoy the nightlife.

Be a part of Gay Pride.

Be with friends.

Just have a good time.

I'll go to events at which a favorite author or activist is speaking.

I'll invite friends to come down and visit for a week.

Just like my brother does with me.

They'll complain that my crappy apartment is too crowded.

But they'll deal with it,

and that's how I'll know I'm home.
